environmental benefits

Bioethanol is a carbon-neutral fuel. The carbon dioxide released during combustion is offset by the carbon dioxide absorbed by the plants used to produce the bioethanol, resulting in a balanced carbon cycle.

Burning bioethanol produces only water vapor and a small amount of carbon dioxide. There are no toxic emissions, ash, or soot, ensuring that your indoor air remains clean and healthy.

Le Feu fireplaces are designed to maximize heat output while minimizing fuel consumption. This efficiency reduces the overall energy demand, contributing to lower greenhouse gas emissions.

The bioethanol used in our fireplaces is sourced from renewable biomass, such as agricultural byproducts and plant waste. This not only supports sustainable farming practices but also reduces reliance on non-renewable energy sources.
